At Mount to Coast, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your journey; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and securely seal the box to ensure the gear remains in premium condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
